At JPM Center

The senior adult depart-
ment of the Jimmy Prentis
Morris Building of the Jewish
Community Center will offer
on Monday and Thursday at
10 a.m. in the atrium, the
Book Fair video, "Uncommon
Sense" and "The Unorthodox
Murder of Rabbi Wohl"
featuring Rabbi Telushkin.
On Tuesday, Frances
Weinerg will present a book
review on Illusions of Love by
Cynthia Freeman. It will
take place in room 4 at 11
a.m. at the JPM.
Another in the Blue
Cross/Blue Shield's Caregiver
Series will be presented Tues-
day at 1 p.m. in the JPM
assembly hall. It is entitled,
"Best Wishes Edith and
Henry" and explores different
approaches to resolving con-
cerns. The lecture will be
followed by a Russian
travelogue and a documen-
tary dealing with the
Kremlin.
On Monday, Wednesday and
Oct. 14, from 9 a.m. to noon,
Harriet Gelfond will conduct
an art class in room 11.
The Senior Adult Choir,
under the direction of Vivian
Stollman and accompanied by
Sonny Lipenholtz, will per-
form for the Yiddish Culture
Club at 12:30 p.m. in Jaffe
Hall of the JPM on Thursday.
At 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Ir-
ving Herman will lead the
press review in room 15 of the
JPM.

medical transportation ser-
vices to Beaumont Hospital,
Royal Oak; Barnum Center
and the Ferndale Clinic; and
the Beaumont Medical
Building, on Monday, Tues-
day, Thursday and Friday.
Appointments may be made
daily from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30
p.m. by calling the outreach
office, 541-0900, well in ad-
vance of appointment time.
Transportation boundaries
are within a seven-mile
radius of the Oak Park Com-
munity Center. Only paid-up
senior center members are
eligible.

Dance Lesson
For Seniors

Judy Schwartz, an instruc-
tor in dance for both older
