Barbara Spectre will speak
on "How to Solve Ethical
Conflicts Jewishly" at 7:30
p.m. Wednesday at Beth
Abraham Hillel Moses.
Spectre is a lecturer in
Judaica at the Melton Center
of the Hebrew University in
Jerusalem, at Yellen Teach-
ers' College in Jerusalem and
at Achivah Teachers' College
in Be'er Tuvia.
She is a founding member
and chairman of the board of
directors at the Seminary of
Judaic Studies in Jerusalem,
a founding member of the
Masorati movement and the
first scholar-in residence for
the Conservative movement,
Michigan Region United
Synagogue.
The event is open to the
public. Refreshments will be
served after the lecture.
The program is sponsored
by the synagogue's cultural
commission.

Rabbis Efry Spectre and
Elliot Pachter will lead
discussions on ways in which
parents can enhance, through
creative play and family life,
what their children learn in
class. The program is de-

and elementary school
youngsters.
