ZOA Plans
Re-Structuring
New York — The Zionist
Organization of America will
restructure its operations
after analysis of data
gathered from key leaders at
retreats held in Dallas,
Baltimore and New York.
The restructuring plan in-
volves the centralization of
communications, public af-
fairs programming and fund
raising support services at its
national headquarters in
New York, and the use of
development specialists and
community coordinators to
direct ZOA regional and
district operations across the
country.
Sidney Silverman of Detroit
has been named co-chairman
of the ZOA's National Ad-
ministrative Board.
