Parents Discuss
Family Demands

When the family demands
of work, school, Hebrew
sr,hool, music lessons, sports,
homework, maintaining a
home, and more become too
much, how do we cope? That
will be the question address-
ed by family therapist Judy
Adelman on Oct. 9 at 10 a.m.
at the monthly meeting of the
Religious School Parents of
Congregation Beth Shalom.
The meeting will be held at
the synagogue.
Ms. Adelman, who has been
working with families in her
practice for several years, will
offer the audience practical
advice on coping with the
day-to-day demands of runn-
ing a family and how to han-
dle hectic schedules. RSP Co-
President Carol Gitler invites
all parents in the community.
There is no admission
charge. Refreshments will be
served.
