medical papers and profes-
sional texts and is a con-
sulting professor in the
health sciences department
at Oakland University. He is
a fellow of Great Britain's
Royal Society of Health, a
fellow of the American Oc-
cupational Medical Associa-
tion and is a member of many
medical societies and their
committees.
In addition to his medical
career, Dr. Jacknow works on
behalf of Allied Jewish Cam-
paign, the Jewish Educa-
tional Loan Service and State
of Israel Bonds.
He is a member of the inter-
national board of governors of
Technion-Israel Institute of
Technology and serves on the
boards of the Detroit Chapter,
American Friends of Hebrew
University, Jewish Vocational
Service and the Midwest
Council of the Archives of
American Art, Smithsonian
Institute. Dr. Jacknow also
serves on the board of direc-
tors of the Graphic Arts
Council of Detroit Institute of
Arts and the Michigan Opera
Theatre.

tional officer of State of Israel
Bonds.
