Max Sosin, immediate past honoree, assisted the fund-raising. The testimonial dinner- dance scheduled for Oct. 6 at 6 p.m. at Adat Shalom Synagogue will honor Henry and Mala Dorfman. Irving Laker, dinner chairman, will be assisted by Joel Dorfman and Herbert L. Rechter, associate chairmen, and the tribute committee. Cantor Louis Klein of Con- gregation B'nai Moshe will lead the anthems, and the in- vocation will be delivered by Herbert Rechter. Dr. Jacknow, now retired, was president and medical director of the Detroit In- dustrial Clinic. He served for several years as chief of medical staff at Detroit- Macomb Hospitals and was president of the Michigan Oc- cupational Medical Associa- tion 1987-1988. He has published numerous
