The fund was established by their children, Mr. and Mrs. Irving Kroll, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Driker and Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Driker. Charles and Frances Dri- ker, who emigrated from Russia to the United States in the early 1920s, have been ac- tively involved in the cultural life of the Detroit Jewish com- munity for more than 60 years. The fund will support a
