Sperka will speak on "The Structure and System of Jewish Law. Sperka attended Wayne State University, the Brooklyn Law School and the Rabbinical Seminary of America. He is a member of the Michigan and New York bar associations and was former- ly an attorney with the Na- tional Labor Relations Board, Seventh Region. An administrative law judge with the Michigan Employment Relations Com- mission, 1969-1983, Sperka wrote and edited papers on labor relations.
