To whom it may concern:

Recently I contacted Mr. Mark Morganroth of Sherwood Studios located
at the Tel-Twelve mall in Southfield. I asked him to come to my home to
give my wife and I an estimate both cosmetically and financially of what
Sherwood Studies would recommend toward furnishing several of the rooms
in our house.
Mark personally came to our home, measured all of the rooms, looked
at all of the existing furniture as well as the plumbing, electrical,
etc. He then suggested that Judy and I give him a few weeks to think
over the project, at which time we went to Sherwood Studios to look at
Mark's designs.
It was great!! We then agreed to allow Sherwood Studios to proceed.
The following than took place.
The prices for the various pieces of furniture upon completion of
the job were exactly as quoted. The job was completed on time as Mark
knew we were on a tight schedule. Sherwood completely supervised and
coordinated all of the outside labor, including, electrical, plumbing,
carpenters, painters, etc.
But what is so unusual, when reality is that any qualified and
caring business should at all times satisfy their customers?
What is so unusual?
Judy and I live in paradise Valley, Arizona (2,000 miles from
Sherwood Studios)
