NCJW Section To Have
Art, Architecture Tour

The National Council of
Jewish Women, Greater
Detroit Section, will offer a
tour of Art House and the ar-
chitecture of downtown
Detroit on Sept. 30 from
9 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
The tour will be conducted
by art historian Michael Far-
rell. Prof. Farrell is on the
staff of the University of
Windsor, is an adjunct educa-
tion curator for the Detroit In-
stitute of Art, and also directs
the Art House, an historic
mansion in the Brush Park
area.
The event will include
lunch at On Stage. It is open
to the community. There is a
fee for the day, which includes
bus transportation from
Southfield.
The program has been
planned by the section's pro-
gram and membership
department, headed by Vice
President Sally Green. Chair-
man of the day is Joyce Klein,

assisted by Rona Freedland.
Reservations are limited.
