Kemp Says Israel
Needs Football

New Orleans (JTA) — Rep.
Jack Kemp (R-N.Y.) suggested
at the Republican convention
last Wednesday that the one
thing Israel lacks is
American football.
Kemp, a former quarter-
back for the Buffalo Bills,
made his comment as he was
telling a breakfast meeting of
Jewish Republicans a story
about President Reagan deal-
ing with the "Gipper," the
- Notre Dame football player
Reagan played in the film
The Knute Rockne Story.
Noting Moshe Arad, the
Israeli ambassador to the
United States, in the au-
dience, Kemp said he was not
talking about football as
played in Israel, which is soc-
cer and played with a round
ball.
"Israel can never reach its
potential, until you get an
oblong ball," Kemp said.
Many Israeli diplomats and
reporters who are stationed in
Washington reportedly have
become ardent fans of the
Washington Redskins.

Begin Lacked
Details On Taba

Tel Aviv (JTA) — Former
Prime Minister Menachem
Begin agreed to construction
of the Sonesta Hotel at Taba
on the basis of unchecked
assurances, made by the in-
itiator of the hotel plan who
claimed Israel had full rights
to the area, according to
former Foreign Ministry
Director General David
Kimche.
Kimche, in a weekend
Israel Radio interview, said
Begin did not institute any
further investigation into
Israeli claims over the two-
square-mile beach-front strip.
Claims to that area have
been the source of friction bet-
ween Israel and Egypt since
Israel completed returning
the Sinai Peninsula to Egypt.
An international board of
arbitrators now is meeting in
Geneva on Taba,

"Quite frankly, we Doctors often make the mistake of using
names or labels of serious conditions without fully explaining
them," says Dr. Levine, D.C. of Levine Chiropractic Clinic.
"For instance, migraine, by any name, is the most cruel type
of headache."
Dr. Levine went on to describe a typical mi-
graine attack. It can start with a heavy feeling over
the eyes. The victim generally becomes depressed
with the thought of going through another bout
with migraine.
"The pain begins at the base of the skull and
radiates, or throbs, to one or both sides of the
head," the good Doctor continued. Some senses,
such as hearing, become extra acute. A dripping
faucet will sound like a cannon exploding. The
least jarring or stooping aggravates the pain."
What causes a migraine?
According to Dr. Levine, a nerve pressure at
the base of the skull is the culprit. This nerve pressure impairs the
tone of the pyloric valve, diminishing the efficiency of digestion.
File entering the stomach becomes difficult to dispel. The lower
pelvic organs may produce low-back nerve pressures.
"Pain pills and headache remedies offer only temporary relief
at best, while doing nothing to relieve the cause of the problem,"
cautions Dr. Levine. "All the definitions and technical language in
the world mean little to the person suffering a migraine headache.
`Relief' becomes the most precious word in the English language."
In closing, Dr. Levine reminds us that since 1895, Chiroprac-
tic has been used effectively to relieve nerve pressure in all parts
of the body, nerve pressure that can cause a migraine headache.
Like all forms of illness, migraine is a sign that something is wrong
in the body. And until the cause of the trouble is eliminated, the
body cannot enjoy the healthy state nature intended.
