Israel Envoy Avner To Address Bond Dinner Yehuda Avner, Israel's am- bassador to Great Britain, will be the guest speaker at the Congregation Beth Shalom tribute dinner scheduled for 6 p.m. Aug. 24 at the synagogue. The dinner, to be held on behalf of State of Israel Bonds, will honor synagogue members Eleanor Fenberg and her daughter, Rhoda Krauss. They will be presentd 0 predecessor Yitzhak Rabin, is a former information chief of the Prime Minister's Office. He has served as counselor of the Embassy of Israel in Washington, D.C. and consul of Israel in New York. A veteran journalist, Avner received his training in England and Israel, specializ- ing in political affairs. Posts he has held include director of political publications in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and English secretary to the late Levi Eshkol, prime minister of Israel.
