Jerusalem.
The students at Hebrew
University, who have been en-
joying this service for a
number of years, were the in-
spiration for the Jerusalem
Blind Students Organization,
who appealed to other univer-
sities to assist them in setting
up similar libraries at other
universities.

Keiss-Kuna, the sister of
philharmonic violinist Anna
Rosnovsky, has been trying
since 1974 to get emigration
permits from the Soviet
authorities for herself and her
husband.
