SIDEWALK SALE Due to extreme heat last weekend, we decided to move our Sidewalk Sale inside for this Friday, Saturday & Sunday. so he doesn't hit me. So he trips me. Then it's a matter of which way I'm gonna go. It's all joking and stuff. "Sometimes when things get really difficult . . . when you're at the point where you're about to jump to a new level, and nothing's right and it hasn't clicked yet, that friendship really helps. Because if not, what happens is, you get upset at him, he gets upset at you — and I do, sometimes I get absolutely in- furiated with him, because I just can't do something. And he gets upset with me because he can't get me to do it. And the only thing that keeps us talking without hit- ting each other is the friendship. "But eventually it always does come." Rabinovich hopes to develop more top fencers, like Stollman and Marsh, and to get more involved with the national team. If he realizes the first goal, the second will likely follow. So his fencers compete not only for themselves, but for him and his reputation as well. "I help them, they help me, too," he explains. "If they do well it's my name there. Because fencing is a very in- dividual sport. It's a lot of hard work and what you know you try to give to your students. You cannot learn fencing by reading the books. It's a lot of one-to-one lessons." The learning process, he adds, continues for as long as a fencer competes. "There's always extras. Even if you're world champion, it doesn't stop there. It's more and more and more. It's never-ending, like you know everything. It never happens that you know everything in fencing." What Yuri Rabinovich knows, however, is enough to make him one of the best fen- cing coaches in the U.S. ■ Selected Martex, Fieldcrest, Springmaid, Bill Blass, and Dakotah Bedspreads, Comforters, & Sheets Solids, Prints, Patterns 40 % to FROM 70 % OFF Beach Towels Selected Wall to Wall Bath Kits 50 % OFF 80 % OFF 100% Cotton Terry Towels by Fieldcrest 10 Colors up to 60 % OFF Soft & Hard Toilet Seats by Fieldcrest up to Selected Shower Curtains From 40 % to Your Choice! 60 % OFF SEVENTH HEAVEN HORS: M., Tues., Sat. 10-6 Wed.-Fri. 10-9 Sun. 12-5 2 for $29.99 - [71 o R i ldjHNATR EDRLM(U11,fK/ILE L I M 855-3777 vis4. 41 = X f (n T E THE SPA WAREHOUSE WHAT'S HOT?
