Seniors To Tour
Jewish Detroit

Members of Congregation
Beth Achim's "Young At
Heart" will take a bus tour of
Old Jewish Detroit on Sun-
day, departing at 12:15 p.m.
from the parking lot.
Dr. Aaron Lupovitch, who
has done extensive research
on the Detroit Jewish com-
munity will be the tour guide.
Progress of the Detroit Jews
from earliest times will be
highlighted, and there will be
two brief stops: the Old Smith
Cemetery on the GM proper-
ty in Poletown and the former
Ahavas Achim Synagogue.
