Hilel Offers
Scholarship

The B'nai B'rith Hillel
Foundation is again awarding
the Catherine Direnfeld
Memorial Scholarship. It is
awarded to students at Wayne

The scholarship is awarded on
the basis of the candidate's

other community organiza-
tions. Direnfeld was involved
in the founding of the B'nai
B'rith Hillel Foundation at
Wayne State University in
1945. He is an honorary
lifetime member of the board
of governors of the Hillel
Foundationat WSU.
Applicants should write to

Hillel director, outlining their
need, academic history and
service to the Jewish com-
munity. Applications are due
Aug. 22.

Hillel Foundation at WSU,
