Teen Twins
His Bar Mitzvah

Jeffrey Kayes, son of Linda
and Dennis Kayes, will twin
the observance of his bar
mitzvah with Yusif
Manashirov at 8:15 p.m. to-
day at Temple Emanu-El.
Yusif is the son of 'Milo and
Yangil Manashirov of Der-
bent, USSR. His family has
been trying to emigrate to
Israel for more than 10 years
but has been denied exit visas
because Yusif's father once
served in the army. The fami-
ly has been separated from
Yusif's grandparents, who are
living in Kiryat Yam, Israel.
Jeff has written to Yusif,
but he has not received a
response.
