there than on the airline of Israel. EL AL.
After all, EL AL has the most non-stop and
direct flights to Tel Aviv. The most experienced
pilots to Israel. And the kind of service-and care
that has given so many passengers so much
confidence for so long.
Which just might be the best reason of all.
For information and reservations, see your travel
agent today. Or call EL AL at 1-800-223-6700.

Jewish Vocational Service,
a non-sectarian agency, offers
an on-going displaced
homemaker program funded
by the Michigan Department
of Labor, Office of Women and
Work, for individuals in
Wayne and Oakland
Counties.
Displaced homemakers are
women who, through divorce,
separation, widowhood, or
disability of spouse, have lost
their source of economic sup-
port. After spending a
substantial number of years
in the home caring for fami-
ly members, displaced
homemakers find returning
to the job market a difficult
transition.
The JVS Displaced
Homemaker Program pro-
vides vocational assessment,
vocational counseling, job
seeking skills and job place-
ment assistance. Women who
need to become financially
self-sufficient, who need a
boost towards entering the job
market after many years in
the home, are invited to con-
_ tact JVS.
Eligibility is based on
marital and employment
status. There are no income
guidelines.
Enrollment for the program
will take place at the JVS
Southfield facility on Monday
and July 11, August 8, and
August 29. For information
call Sherri Lumberg or
Louise George, 559-5000.
