According to some others who were there, he had a right to be mighty proud. ". . . But enough of this humility bit," said Liz, "because if I was chosen for the reasons that I am a very lucky woman who has truly had the best of both worlds, whose professional life has deeply enhanced my life overall, and because I have always been committed to quality of performance in all areas of my life, then maybe it is okay that I'm getting this award and I thank you all very, very much!"
