The United Hebrew Schools
Nursery School will have its
37th annual shalom and
graduation program on
Wednesday at 6:45 p.m. Beth
Katz of the Red Rug Puppet
Theater will perform for the
children and their families.
Anyone with pre-school age
children (2-5 years) who
might be interested in the
United Hebrew Schools
Nursery School is invited.
There is no charge, but reser-
vations are requested.
United Hebrew Schools
Nursery School offers both a
yearly program and a sum-
mer program. The summer
program will start June 27
and goes through Aug. 19.
The summer camp will offer
a variety of programs; two,
three or five full- and half-
days as well as extended
hours. The camp program of-
fers outdoor activities, stories,
arts and crafts, pool activities
and songs, as well as the
weekly Shabbat party. There
will also be a mother-toddler
class and a class for 2 year
olds.
Registration for the
1988-1989 school year is now
taking place. The yearly pro-
gram offers an option of two,

and half-day programs
available. For working
parents, there are extended
hours before and after the
school day. There will be a

The program includes field
trips to many places of Jewish
and general interest. There
will be parent coffees, parent
workshops, Friday night
family dinners, Purim
seudah, super Sundays, a
camp weekend, the weekly
Shabbat celebration and the
observance of all the Jewish
holidays.
