Bernard has been nominated as president of the Jewish Welfare Federation's Young Adult Division, whose 50th annual meeting will take place at 7:30 p.m. June 23 at Knollwood Country Club. The evening's program in- cludes a report by outgoing President Norman H. Beitner, and a night of danc- ing, with music provided by disc jockey Eric Harris. Election and installation of officers and board members will also take place. Other nominees are Brian E. Kepes, chairman of the YAD executive committee; Tamara R. Gorosh, Frank S.
