Zeltzer of Detroit, a long-time activist in Jewish communal organizations, was re-elected president of the National Foundation for Jewish Culture at its annual meeting George M. Zeltzer May 2. Zeltzer has been associated with the NFJC since its inception in 1959. UHS Hires Administrator United Hebrew Schools has hired Carol Singer as the agency's administrator. Singer, a CPA, will replace Rabbi Bernard Moskowitz, who is retiring after years of service to UHS as a teacher, principal and administrator. Singer worked for 13 years at the Comprehensive Health Planning Council of Southeastern Michigan and was previously a senior ac- countant with Arthur Young & Company in Detroit.
