Ching Tao Palace in Farrell Shopping Plaza, seating 120 at all booths, is owned by the same bossperson of the award- winning Ching Tao Palace on Garfield Road at 18 Mile in Clinton Township, which recently celebrated its sixth anniversary. Ninety percent of the food is stir-fried . . . Very little is breaded and if necessary, with an ultra-thin coating .. .
