Are You Shooting Craps
With Your Headaches

BY DR. STANLEY LEVINE, D.C.
Dr. of Chiropractic

Dr. Stanley B. Levine of the Levine Clinic of Chiropractic was com-
menting recently on the increased emphasis on gambling.

The good doctor noted that Americans have become risk-conscious
and unfortunately seem to be either "less concerned about risks or more
willing to take chances."

According to Dr. Levine, "We all too often
laugh at danger in our everyday lives. We exceed
the prescribed speed limit, we smoke, we put off
all sorts of preventative maintenance around the
home because we're willing to risk accident, ill-
ness and costly repairs. -

CALL 559-4046

"As far as I'm concerned,- says Dr. Levine,
"You're gambling with your health if you gulp
pills and potions every time you have a headache."

MOTHER'S DAY SPECIALS
AT SPITZER'S

"People laugh at the fine print on a pain killer
bottle. 'Temporary relief' it will always say.

"Is that what a person really wants?" asks Dr.
Levine. "Here today, gone tomorrow . . . back
again the next day? I would think they would want to be rid of them
once and for all.-

DR. LEVINE

Of course an occasional headache doesn't always stop with an oc-

That's not to say that every headache is a migraine.

"You'll need only one with its zig-zag flashes, nausea, and depres-
sion to tell you that. "notes Dr. Levine.

But you'll never find a migraine that doesn't start with a headache.

"Believe me," adds Dr. Levine, "It's a throbbing, excruciating pain.-
It has often been pointed out if you have occasional headaches do
what so many migraine sufferers do. They seek specialized, effective
care from Dr. Levine.

"Life doesn't have to be a slow run downhill to pain killers," main-
tains Dr. Levine. "If you're a headache sufferer you're shooting craps
with your health if you don't seek permanent correction of your pro-
blem.-
