"The great Israeli Kumsitz"
at 5 p.m. May 15 at the
Maple/Drake Jewish Corn-
munity Center.
The family picnic will
feature entertainer Craig
Taubman, who will present
music and stories. Taubman
has written, directed and
poduced six pieces of musical
theater, Moladiti, With One

Voice, Word of Mouth, Tzdak
Market, A Dream Come True
and Noah's Dumpster.
He has recorded five
albums, including a new
children's album.
The evening will include
storytelling, music, balloons,
prizes, a giant birthday cake
and more. Families are -!e-
quested to bring lawn chairs
and blankets. In case of rain,
the concert will move inside
to Shiffman Hall.
The kumsitz is sponsored in
cooperation with the
L'Chayim family section of
The Jewish News, Jewish Ex-
periences for Families and the
Jewish Center. Admission is
free.
