Beth Shalom Reli- gious School is now accepting registration for the 1988-1989 school year. Beth Shalom, a Conservative religious school, offers classes for children in kindergarten through sev- enth grade. Classes are held on Monday and Wednesday at Avery School in Oak Park or at the Jewish Community Center in West Bloomfield on Tuesday and Thursday. All classes meet at Avery on Sunday. In addition, bar/bat mitzvah pro- grams and training are of- fered at no additional charge. There are separate junior congregation services each Sabbath morning for each grade. Kadima and United Synagogue Youth provide ac- tivities for youngsters. The children's choir, Shiraleers, particiapte both in synagogue and community functions.
