committee of the Jewish
Welfare Federation's
Federated Endowment Fund
will sponsor a seminar on in-
vestment planning on May 4.
Set for 10 a.m. at Tango's
Restaurant in Southfield's
Radisson. Plaza Hotel, the
meeting will provide informa-
timi on investment planning
from two local experts.
The endowment fund's pro-
fessional advisory committee
will also gather that day at a
luncheon meeting at noon at
the Radisson.
Both groups will hear from
David A. Stulberg, vice presi-
dent of Merrill Lynch, Pierce,
Fenner and Smith Inc., in
Bloomfield Hills, and Harold
F. Rossen, senior vice presi-
dent of Prudential Bache
Securities in Detroit.
Dulcie Rosenfeld was
recently named a chairman of
the Women's Endowment
Committee, to serve with
Marion Handleman and Beth
E. Lowenstein.
