ing is Shirlee Iden, suburban
life editor at the Southfield
Eccentric.
Braverman is a charter
member of Morganthau
Lodge. He has visited
Veterans Hospital on behalf
of Oakland Century Lodge,
and Clinton Valley Hospital
in Pontiac.
He also has been involved
with Jewish Association for
Retarded Citizens, Hebrew
Benevolent Society,
Downtown Synagogue and
Cong. Shaarey Zedek. He is a
founder of the Jewish Master
Bakers Association and was
chairman for the Allied
Jewish Campaign and ran
the Epstein Baking Co. for
more than 35 years.
Oakland Century also
honored him with an Israel
Bond Drive.
