WE TAKE EXCEPTION TO WHAT
YOUR MOTHER TAUGHT YOU.
YOU SHOULDN'T EAT EVERYTHING IN FRONT OF YOU.
You should avoid foods high in cholesterol. It's a fact, a high blood
cholesterol level substantially increases your chances of developing
heart disease. By cutting down on fatty, rich foods, you can do
yourself a big favor. You could lower your blood cholesterol level and
reduce your risk of heart disease.

your American Heart Association. We'll give you some free advice
on how to plan a diet good for life.

Orchestra
To Tour U.S.
New York — The Jerusalem
Symphony Orchestra-IBA
(Israel Broadcast Authority)
will celebrate the 40th an-
niversary of the establish-
ment of the State of Israel, as
well as its own 50th anniver-
sary season, with a tour of 20
United States cities Tuesday
through May 8.
Conductors Sergiu Comis-
siona and John Nelson will
lead works by two Israeli com-
posers, Paul Ben-Haim and
Zvi Avni, as well as music of
Brahms, Thhaikovsky, Saint-
Saens, Bartok, Schumann
and Spohr. Featured soloists
will be the Guarneri Quartet,
the young Russian emigre
violinist Alexander Markov,
and prize-winning American
cellist Gary Hoffman. This is
the first American tour by the
Jerusalem Symphony in 12
years.
The Jerusalem Symphony
Orchestra was founded as the
musical section of the first
radio station ever to broad-
cast in Hebrew, Kol
Yerushalyim — the Voice of
Jerusalem. With the
establishment of the State of
Israel in 1948, it became the
official symphony orchestra of
Israel National Radio, Kol
Yisrael — The Voice of Israel.
