Religion In Schools Is Topic A panel of religious and community leaders, attorneys and scholars will meet in Ann Arbor April 12 to discuss the • issue of religious activity in the public schools. The discus- sion will take place at 7 p.m. in Hutchins Hall, in the University of Michigan Law School. Moderator will be Lee Bollinger, dean of the law school. Panelists will include: Rab- bi Yitzchak Kagan of Mishkan Israel, Nusach ll'ari Lubavitcher Center; Howard Wallach, chairman of the Jewish Community Council's church/state subcommittee; Lee Boothby, general counsel of Americans United for Separation of Church and State; Timothy Denny, a Detroit attorney representing the Christian Legal Society; and David French, general counsel of the Rutherford In- stitute, a conservative organization advocating religious freedom issues.
