Detroit Israel Bonds At-
torneys Division tribute din-
ner on May 11, Mr. and Mrs.
Michael Kramer will host a
cocktail reception in their
Bloomfield Hills home at
8 p.m. April 18.
The reception and dinner
will honor Avern L. Cohn,
U.S. district judge, Eastern
District of Michigan; and-
Charles L. Levin, justice of
the Michigan Supreme Court.
Guest speaker at the recep-
tion will be attorney Robert P.
Fine. He is a frequent lecturer
and panelist at seminars and
continuing education-
programs on buying and sell-
ing of businesses, corpora-
tions, taxation, partnerships,
retirement plans and estates
and trusts.
Fine has served as director
of the Erie County Bar
Association; president of the
Financial Planning
Counselors of Western New
York and vice president and
counsel of the Western New
York Chapter Council for
Retirement Income Security
Protection.
Community associations
have included tenures as
director of the Jewish Family
Service of Erie County; presi-
dent of the State University
of New York at Buffalo School
of Law Alumni Association
and director of the QRS Arts
Foundation.
