The cake recipes in last
week's article about a
Greek Seder use matzah
meal as stated in the item,
according to the author.
(Cake meal is not used.)
In the recipe for Passover
Walnut Cake, the line
which reads "Gently fold
in the matzah meal and
lemon juice until all is well
mixed" should have been
eliminated.
