After that they can get into weight-lifting and Nautilus workouts. "People need to differentiate between exercise and the fun activities. I tell people 'You need to keep in shape for play.' That's not to say that exercise can't be fun, but the two are separate in terms of body toning and building muscles. Working out keeps you injury-free when you do go out and play." and so on.
