Born in Toronto, Mrs. Raichlen receiv- ed her doctorate in psychology from the Univer- sity of Toronto. Spring Fantasy Program Nears Spring Fantasy '88 will be held April 12 in Shiffman Hall of the Maple/Drake Jewish Community Center.
