Allan Gould

school in the last week to pursue truth; dropping out of medical school
at any time to pursue a woman.* For more information see Jewish Humor
for Survival and Beyond.

Louis Fisher

The Louis Fisher Chair for
Research into Pulmonary
Diseases was recently
dedicated at Bar-Ilan Univer-
sity. The chair was created to
fight pulmonary and muscle
disease in memory of the late
Mr. Fisher, benefactor of
Bar-Ilan.
During his lifetime, Mr.
Fisher was active in the
Jewish Association for
Retarded Citizens and the
Allied Jewish Campaign. He
was interested in Bar-Ilan's
scientific research, and
toward the end of his life
wished to establish a unit on
campus which would fight
pulmonary disorders.
