Student dancers from the Chinese Cultural Institute began the festivities with authentic Kung Fu dances and a dragon line dance. The ten-course meal con- sisted of . . . assorted ap- petizers of shrimp, meat, fish cakes, chicken and pickled noodles with jelly fish, sharkskin soup, Peking duck, dragon and phoenix (a com- plementary duo of spicy chicken and mild lobster), chopped chicken with pine nuts and peas in lettuce, orange steak, tangy jumbo shrimps in shell, king crab and broccoli, crispy fish with sweet and sour sauce and dac- quiri ice.
