Temple Youth
Have Carnival

The Young People's Society
of Temple Beth El will spon-
sor its annual Purim carnival
on Sunday at 11:30 a.m. at
the temple. There will be
games and refreshments for
all ages. Admission is free,
and game tickets will be
available at the door.

HW Auction
Approaches

The Huntington Woods
Men's Club will present its
annual service auction on
March 5. The silent auction
begins at 7 p.m. and the oral
auction begins at 8:30 p.m.
The auction takes place in the
Huntington Woods Recrea-
tion Center, 26325 Scotia,
Huntington Woods. Ticket
price includes hors d'oeuvres,
refreshments and prizes.
Musical entertainment will
be provided during the silent
auction by the Berkley String
Quartet. Tickets are available
in advance at the Huntington
Woods City Hall, Library and
Recreation Center, and they
will be available at the door.
Proceeds from the auction
are used for various com-
munity projects within Hun-
tington Woods.
