NATHAN WEINER, 87, former Detroiter of West Palm Beach, Fla., died Feb. 11. REBECCA YANCHAIR, 97, died Feb. 17. Survived by two sons, Sam Yanchair and Jack Young of Holly; two daughters, Mrs. Rose Tauber of Ann Arbor and Mrs. Bess Raimi. Armand Shulman Armand A. Shulman, a self- employed CPA, died Feb. 10 at age 80. Born in Detroit, Mr. Shulman retired in 1974. He formerly operated the business office of Checker Cab from 1928 to 1943. From 1948 to 1962, he had offices in Detroit. Mr. Shulman was a life member of the Michigan Association of CPAs, and a member of the National Association of CPAs. He leaves his wife, Ruth; a son, Benson; a sister, Mrs. Samuel (Esther) Levitt; and one grandson. Rabbi Skorski Rabbi Leon Skorski, a foun- ding teacher of Akiva Hebrew Day School, died Feb. 8 at age 54. Born in Paris, France, he completed studies for a bachelor's degree in history at a university in Paris. Later, he migrated to Israel, where he was ordained a rabbi. He came to Detroit in 1965. He was on the Akiva faculty un- til 1984. He is survived by his wife, Corinne; two sons, Abe and Ely; two brothers and a sister.
