celery, shallots, and red pep-
per until coarsely chopped.
Add vegetables to skillet.
Continue to cook until all li-
quid is absorbed and rice is
tender and fluffy. Serves six.

powder, salt, nutmeg, and cin-
namon. Add raisins and coat
with flour mixture. Cream
butter or margarine, sugar,
and molasses. Add beaten
eggs, mashed sweet potatoes,
and milk and blend well. Stir
in dry ingredients, blending
only until flour disappears.
Fill greased muffin pans
two-thirds full. Bake at 400°
F. for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes
about fifteen.

To Speak Here

Dr. Yosef Olmert, scholar-in-
residence of the Detroit
Zionist Federation and one of
Israel's foremost Middle East
and African scholars, will
discuss "The Palestinian
Question: Past, Present and
Future" at the next session of
the Einstein Luncheon
Forum, it was announced by
Judges Ira G. Kaufman and
Benjamin Friedman, the
forum's co-chairmen.
The forum is set for Tues-
day at noon at Southfield
Charley's. Sponsored by
