TOMORROW night is Temple Israel Couples Club bingo fundraiser at Jewish Community Center, Drake and Maple, 7:30 p.m. I ENTERTAINMENT I Chajes Concert Slated The next concert of the Cha- jes Music Fund Concert Series will be Feb. 14 at the Maple/Drake Jewish Com- munity Center. The concert, which will be at 3:30 p.m. in the Aaron DeRoy Theater, will feature Paul Olefsky, cellist, and Paulina Stark, soprano, in a program of music by Chajes, Bizet, Moussorgsky and others. Olefsky is professor of cello at the University of 'Ibxas and co-ordinator of the Emanual Feuermann Memorial Inter- national Solo Competition and Symposia. He is conduc- tor of the Oxford, England Festival and was first prize winner at Naumberg. Olefsky has been a soloist with the NBC, Philadelphia, Chicago, Austin and Euro- pean Symphonies. His solo recordings are with Monitor, Vox and MHS Labels. Ms. Stark is professor of voice at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. She has appeared as soloist with orchestras throughout the world, including Orchestre Nationale De Monte Carlo, Halle (England), Houston and Paul Olefsky Dallas Symphonies, and most recently with the Jerusalem Symphony in Israel. Stark has had leading roles with the Houston Grand Opera and has appeared as cantorial soloist in chamber music recitals and as soloist on numerous Spectrum Recordings. The next one to be released in 1988 will
