The Executive Director has full responsibility
for the development and administrative func-
tions of the three year old center, which in-
cludes financial planning, program develop-
ment, recruitment and supervision of staff and
volunteers, coordinating and marketing of pro-
gramming, and the development of com-
munity-wide relationships.
A qualified candidate will have proven ex-
perience in executive level administration and
programming. In addition, a knowledge of the
structure and dynamics of the Jewish communi-
ty and an interest and concern for the continuity
of Jewish life and culture will be required.
