Gilya earned her Bachelor
of Music degree at the
Eastman School of Music in
Rochester, N.Y. She is current-
ly pursuing a master's degree
in music at the University of
Southern California.
Leonard received his
Bachelor of Arts degree from
Kalamazoo College, and his
master's and doctoral degrees
in molecular biology from the
University of Rochester. He is
currently a postdoctoral
fellow at the University of
California School of Medicine
in San Francisco.
A July wedding is planned.
