Troubled Youth

Common Ground, Oakland
County's only 24-hour crisis
intervention and referral
agency, has introduced "Pro-
ject Self." It is targeted at
Oakland teens having pro-
blems with self-esteem and
emerging anti-social
behavior.
"Project Self" is a struc-
tured nine-week commitment
for young people age 12 to 16.
Group sessions are led by
trained volunteers and sup-
port professionls.

Program Debuts

Lunch Bunch, a new pro-
gram following Sunday school
will have its second gathering
on Jan. 17 at noon at Temple
Beth El. All students age 8
through 11, parents and
grandparents are invited.
There is a nominal charge. A
45-minute puppet show will
fallow lunch.
