Shabbatot Focus
On Life Cycle

Cong. Beth Abraham Hillel
Moses will begin a series of
special Shabbatot honoring
the life cycles of its members.
The first of their special
Shabbatot will honor all of
the newlywed members of the
congregation on Jan. 16. On
March 19, the newborn
children of members will be
honored; college students will
be honored on April 2; May 21
will be devoted to b'nai/b'not
Mitzvah, and Oct. 15 the
senior citizens of the con-
gregation will be honored.
Members from each special
Shabbat will participate in
the service, and a special kid-
dush following the service
will be hosted by the
congregation.
Charlotte Tessler is the pro-
gram coordinator, and Mrs.
Gloria Ruskin is the chair-
man of the family programm-
ing committee. Mr. and Mrs.
Isadore Bernstein are
chairmen of the Life Cycle
Shabbatot.

Shabbat Dinner
For Families

Temple Beth El's first
graders and their families
will have a Shabbat family
dinner on Jan. 8. A special
program will be presented by
Maureen Schiffman, pup-
peteer. Services will begin at
8 p.m.

ingham Temple and of
Humanistic Judaism at a
