Machon Mbrah, the Jewish
Learning Network of
Michigan, has set the date for
its mid-winter retreat, Feb.
19-21 at the Southfield
Hilton. The weekend will be
held in conjunction with the
Tennenbaum College/Ohr
Somayach of Jerusalem,
Israel, and will have as its
guest speaker, Dr. David
Gottlieb.
Dr. Gottlieb is a graduate
professor of analytical
philosophy at Johns Hopkins
University. He is recognized
as a scholar in Talmudic
wisdom and classical
philosophy.
He has lectured in England,
South Africa, North America
and Israel.

The annual Bodzin Family
Club Chanukah party will be
held on Sunday in the home
of Dr. and Mrs. Jason Bodzin,
