Israel Chapter
Naamat Meets

Israel chapter, Naamat,
USA, will hold its December
meeting, Saturday, 12:30
p.m., in the home of Ruth
Miller, 156 Lake Park,
Birmingham.
Guest speaker will be Ar-
turo Mendozo, who will speak
on "The Wrath of Grapes." A
video presentation will be
made by Mendozo on the
potential of a grape boycott.
A social hour will precede
the meeting. Friends and
guests are welcome. Dona-
tions for Dollars for David
will still be accepted. This
meeting will be the chapter's
last get together until March,
1988.

Women Honors
Announced

Mrs. Sara Hochman, presi-
dent of the David-Horodoker
Women's Organization, an-
nounces that Mrs. Bessie
Chase was honored with a
"Woman of Valor Award" and
Mrs. Rosaline Sparr as
"Woman of the Year" at their
50th annual donor luncheon.
A meeting will be held
Tuesday noon at the MCL
Restaurant at the Tel-12
Mall.

Metro Chapter
Plans Meeting

Metropolitan Chapter,
Naamat/USA, will meet on
Dec. 21 at noon for its annual
Chanukah meeting in the
Naamat meeting room, Suite
205E, 25900 Greenfield, Oak
Park. Rabbi Ernst Conrad of
Temple Kol Ami will speak on
"Chanukah Update."
There is no charge, and
guests are welcome.

Dollars For David
Party Nears

The annual Dollars for
David Chanukah party will
be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at
the Kristen ibwers, 25900
Greenfield, Oak Park. There
