"Sweet Hearts," a free recipe folder compiled by the American Heart Association of Michigan and Auto Club Life Insurance Company, con- tains ten eye-appealing, after- dinner treats such as banana cake with maple topping, chocolate mousse with raspberry sauce and iced melon sorbet. With today's emphasis on healthy eating, many in- dividuals are cutting back on foods that are high in fat, sodium and cholesterol, but, says James Zwick, Auto Club Life general manager, that does not mean they have to give up tasty desserts. Each recipe adheres to American Heart Association guidelines and has been tested by a panel of registered dieticians. An analysis of calories, fat, cholesterol and sodium per serving follows each recipe. Take a tip, though, folks .. . Be sure and ask your doctor first. WHAT'LL THEY Think Of Next Dept. . . .
