The senior adult depart- ment of the Jimmy Prentis Morris Branch of the Jewish Community Center will spon- sor a special Erev Shabbat program honoring Helen Singer, recent recipient of state-wide honors com- memorating the Ses- quiscentennial, at 12:30 p.m. today in Jaffe Hall. She- will be included in a book on 150 Michigan women's life stories. She will take a sabbatical from the Center at the end of the year. Cantor Max Shimansky will entertain. Archie Leslie will show the movie, Lupo at 2 p.m. Sunday in the JPM assembly hall. Herman Chapin, Detroit Symphony Orchestra docent, will idscuss several musical selections and various aspects of the symphony at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the assembly hall of the JPM.
