Seminar On
Relationships

"Relationships: An Oppor-
tunity to Explore Intimate
Connections with Family,
Friends and Self" is the
theme of an all-day seminar
to be held Nov. 21 at 9 a.m. at
the Community House, 380 S.
Bates, Birmingham
Co-sponsored by the Com-
munity House and the South
Woodward Clinic, the seminar
will include nine workshops
led by professional counselors
on a variety of topics.
Registration begins at 9
a.m., however, advance
registration is recommended.
Walk-ins will be accepted bas-
ed on space availabiliy. The
keynote address will be given
by author, lecturer and TV
and radio hostess, Dr. Sonya
Friedman. She will speak on
"You Don't Have to Be a Ten

Community Center, spon-
sored by the Community Net-
work for Jewish Singles.
Psychologists Gary Berns-
tein and Ronald Fenton will
discuss the value and purpose
of flirting and how to get your
message across effectively.

Singles Tour
Holocaust

The Community Network
for Jewish Singles will tour
the Holocaust Memorial
Center at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
A survivor of the Holocaust
will be on hand to discuss
his/her experiences.
Following the tour, there
will be a discussion by
Charlie Silow of Children of
Holocaust Survivors Associa-
tion in Michigan. Admission
is free.
