Naturefest

The sunshine, Camp Maas
and 300 Detroiters combined
for a beautiful afternoon

S ome 300 young and young-at-heart took
advantage of a beautiful fall day Oct. 25
to participate in Teva-Thon Naturefest
'87.

The Blake family enjoys a stroll in the woods.

Many of the participants took advantage
of free bus service from Detroit's two Jewish Communi-
ty Centers and the United Hebrew Schools to attend the
2Y2 hour program in Ortonville.
Activities included nature hikes and nature crafts,
enjoying refreshments and enjoying being outdoors on
a lovely day.
Teva-Thon was sponsored by the Fresh Air Society
and the Jewish Experience For Families program in
cooperation with The Jewish News and its L'Chayim
family section El
